The interview began with a self-introduction. I shared my background and highlighted my hobbies—playing cricket and watching K-pop. The interviewers then delved into specific questions:
Who won the World Cup in 1975? Who was the recently selected Indian girl for a K-pop group?Unfortunately, I couldn't provide the name of the K-pop girl, but I shared that she was from Odisha. The panel then asked about my academic details and experience since graduation. I elaborated on how I planned to contribute to my village if selected.

The interviewees asked about important financial topics such as KYC, CRR, and KCC. I provided detailed answers for each of these questions.

Given my background in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), they asked about data centers and their benefits to the banking system. They also inquired about the biggest challenges faced by the banking system, excluding non-performing assets (NPAs).
Self-Assessment and Closing
The interview concluded with an evaluation of my responses. I left the room after thanking the panel. Strangely, the panel appeared less satisfied but still seemed supportive.
Results and Insights
I was hoping for around 110 marks but managed to secure 80 marks in the second interview. This experience taught me several valuable lessons:
